Ordering Gen1 Products

We would like to take a moment and thank you again for being a loyal customer over the past 11 years. We know as you transition to ALTA, you’ll see vast improvements in product reliability, security, range, and battery life. Now, as a reminder, here are some important items and dates that relate to Gen1 products to keep in mind for 2021.

  • New customers may not purchase Gen1 products. Please see our ALTA product line.
  • Current Gen1 customers may purchase products until Dec 31, 20211
  • Technical support will continue on Gen1 products until Dec 31, 2022. Limited Gen1 technical support will be available after 2022.
  • Monnit’s 1 year warranty on products purchased the last day of 2021 will be valid through the last day purchased of 2022.
  • We require a minimum order value of $1,000 on all orders of Gen1. If you’re unable to meet those minimums, we ask that you consider moving to the ALTA product immediately.

Placing Your Order

Monnit is not able to offer all of the Gen1 product that was previously offered. The products available for order through the end of 2021 are amongst the top selling Gen1 products sold in the past. If the product you need is not on the list, you will need to contact your Monnit sales rep to place an order for the ALTA equivalent. If you don’t have a sales rep, please email info@monnit.com, and your request will route to a sales person.
