When managing a network that contains sensors and multiple gateways, it can be useful to determine what gateway with which a sensor is currently communicating and/or with which it communicated on a particular reading/transmission. This can be used to help troubleshoot signal problems, data usage, or to simply get a better idea of how your network is operating.
To begin, in the iMonnit.com Portal, select the Sensor section in the left-hand navigation menu and then select the sensor you need and then follow one of the following methods to determine the gateway ID:
Sensor Details
- With the sensor selected, you can find the gateway ID in the top left box.
