You may see an error indicating ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS after installing and attempting to activate your iMonnit Express 4.0 software. If you see this, it is likely a result of using an Activation Key meant for a previous version of iMonnit Express. - Purchase/retrieve a current iMonnit Express 4.0 Activation Key from Monnit or your reseller
- Using Windows Explorer, rename the file at the following location to “ExpressCore.db.old”

- Find the iMonnit Express service list of the Services.msc program of Windows, right click, and select Stop
- Find the iMonnit Express service list of the Services.msc program of Windows, right click, and select Start
- Clear your cache and cookies from your browser
- Attempt to visit the “localhost” site in your browser
- Complete the iMonnit Express Activation
