SALT LAKE CITY February 20, 2020 — Monnit Corporation (monnit.com) today announced the release of iMonnit® HX, which allows sensors to report data as quickly as every minute. Ideal for mission-critical operations, iMonnit HX enables Monnit Wireless Sensors to have 1,440 heartbeats per day, providing a near-continual flow of valuable data for such things as critical temperatures and machine bearing performance.

Monnit defines a heartbeat interval as how often a sensor communicates its current status when in a non-alerting state. Until now, Monnit Wireless Sensors could only be configured for heartbeat intervals of 10 minutes or greater in the iMonnit Premiere cloud-based dashboard software.

Addressing customer requests for expedited sensor data reporting and opening up new markets for Monnit, iMonnit HX offers three pre-paid sensor heartbeat transmission tiers of 250,000, 1.3 million or 5.5 million credits. Credits are only utilized when faster heartbeats are necessary.
