KAYSVILLE, UT – Small farm in need of up-to-full time assistance (30-40 hours/week). Experience required with farming, facility and equipment maintenance, livestock care and maintenance. Position starts at $14.50/hour with a raise to $15/hour after 30-day satisfactory trial period. Will have the opportunity for further raises depending on performance and commitment. Work hours are flexible and set upon mutual agreement. Work hours may vary with possible evening, weekend, or holiday work required depending on the season and associated work duties. ResponsibilitiesPosition will require care of rental property (general repair and maintenance) including painting, construction projects (deck, fencing, shed); surrounding farm land and farm facilities including shop and equipment, large field and smaller pastures care (watering, fertilizing, cutting, baling and hauling/stacking), fence work, tree removal, ditch maintenance and weed management. Full care of cattle and horses. Some travel may be required as needed for animal, equipment or facility errands. QualificationsExperience working within a livestock ranch/farm environment is a must.
