Summary/Objective

Monnit is the global leader in remote monitoring solutions for businesses. Comprised of Monnit’s award winning hardware and software, Monnit provide leading B2B technology to more than 18,000 customers worldwide, providing practical insights that predict costly failures as well as determine prudent predictive maintenance activity.

We’re seeking a seasoned sales leader, who is motivated by building and managing an all-star team to serve as Monnit’s revenue generating engine. The right person will have a hunger for results, understand the details, and lead a team to deliver exceptional performance. Experience with wireless technology and devices is a plus, but not a requirement.



Job Responsibilities
  • Building and managing the sales team including but not limited to; recruiting, onboarding, training, managing the daily operations and mentoring inside sales, field sales and business development representatives;
  • Instilling process, discipline, and focus to support a highly repeatable and predictable sales motion;
  • Measuring and reporting detailed operational metrics that can be used as a management tool to predict future results and to ensure the company is getting the most out of its sales and marketing investment;
  • Refining the sales strategy, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy;
  • Assuming hands-on, player/coach role while delivering results and building the sales team;
  • Building and optimizing the sales funnel in support of booking goals while working with marketing to refine and optimize its marketing efforts;
  • Scaling the sales organization, supporting sales infrastructure, and sales systems to support rapid growth


Requirements
  • Possess at least 5 years of sales management experience with B2B technology sales
  • Served as a successful sales leader overseeing inside sales, mid-market sales, and account development teams in a B2B technology company. Experience selling into a globally dispersed, multi-segmented customer base spanning multiple verticals and channels across a wide range of account sizes
  • S/he preferably has sales leadership experience in 15M-150M+ growth company;
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire and train a sales team ranging from 15-250+ as a sales leader in a growing technology company;
  • Evidence of consistent, outstanding job performance (e.g., meeting/exceeding quota >90% of the time) with positive management style;
  • Data and process driven individual with demonstrated ability to optimize go-to-market operations such that core sales and marketing benchmarks are met or exceeded;
  • Possess strong leadership capabilities complemented by a highly collaborative approach toward working with other members of the executive team;

Summary/Objective

Monnit is a growing and dynamic company with a bright future. We are looking for individuals wanting to be part of this team-oriented company. We currently have an opening for a sales admin and receptionist.

This assistant handles multiple responsibilities and tasks within the company, including sales administration, communication with employees and customers. A sales administrator requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Computer literacy is vital for this position.



Job Responsibilities
  • Enter sales leads into a database from various sources and websites maintained by Monnit. Leads that transition to quotes are entered into a fulfillment database. Database accuracy and integrity is required.
  • Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate individual.
  • Greet clients and the general public and direct, and them to the correct staff member.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail.
  • Fax, scan and copy documents for anyone within the company.
  • Maintain office filing system and make sure all legal documents are processed within the stated time frame.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to prepare trade show booth and materials for delivery in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and office supplies are in stock.
  • Keep office area clean.
  • Must be able to respond effectively to any telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. Learning basic knowledge of the product over time is encouraged. As knowledge grows, the ability to answer basic sales questions is an objective of the Sales Coordinator.


Skills/Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and possess strong communication skills.
  • Organized and possess a high level of administrative ability.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively set objectives and meet them.
  • Integrity and honesty is expected.


Tools & Knowledge

Must be proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), QuickBooks experience is beneficial, and knowledge of CRMs is useful (Sales Force knowledge a plus).

Summary/Objective

We’re looking for energetic customer service representatives that can help our sales management in achieving monthly and annual sales targets through conversations with customers about Monnit’s hardware and software solutions. Monnit’s customer service representatives require strong interpersonal and organizational skills and computer literacy is vital for this position.



Job Responsibilities
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information and maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Responsible for responding to new inbound customer inquiries via telephone, online chat and e-mail, and making outbound calls when necessary.
  • Respond to existing customer inquiries and facilitating account expansion through new product recommendations and suggesting technical support when needed.
  • Ability to clearly discuss Monnit’s products with end-users and small businesses that are interested in monitoring solutions and making product recommendations based on their needs.
  • Provide product quotes and follow-up to customers.
  • Occasionally contact customers about past due payments.
  • Work with technical support to resolve any product issues customers may have and recommend proper course of action for ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • Insure calls are clearly documented and properly tracked in our web based customer management tool (Sales Force).
  • Must be proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and knowledge of CRMs is useful (Sales Force knowledge a plus).


Skills/Qualifications

Customer service; product knowledge; minor problem solving; excellent listener; friendly, courteous; good phone skills with a pleasant demeanor; multi-tasking.
