We are looking for self-starters with a desire to assist customers in solving their problems with Monnit solutions. Sales Reps are responsible for direct business-to-business sales and presents to all levels of influencers (C Suite to purchasing) and must be able to tailor communication and presentation approaches depending on the audience.



Job Responsibilities
  • Gain a mastery of Monnit’s growing product lines of sensors, gateways and software and intelligently discuss the products in a consultative manner.
  • Understand customer goals and challenges and then establish Monnit’s products as the best solution available.
  • Pipeline management is a must for this position. Manage a large pipeline, including identifying top accounts, promising/developing accounts, and providing monthly, quarterly and annual projections.
  • Develop, enhance, or refine sales pitches by vertical market based on information discovered during sales calls.
  • Share with other team members information gleaned during the sales process that they can leverage as well with their accounts to achieve success.
  • Consistently reach and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Responsible for customer follow-up

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus of the job

A Technical Product Manager will develop product messaging and positioning and help set the sales and marketing teams up for success. As a member of the Product team, you will need excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with a real passion for engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams. You will have responsibility for creating and refine product roadmaps, definitions, and specifications, product messaging, positioning, content and collateral strategy, pricing, product launches, as well as orchestrating and managing our go-to-market strategy.



Job Responsibilities
  • Work to ensure the sales organization can effectively position Monnit products and capabilities across different segments
  • Define desired customer profiles, target personas and value propositions for each market segment
  • Create and refine product roadmaps, definitions, and specifications
  • Study and become intimately familiar with all Monnit products
  • Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales enablement teams to launch new products and key capabilities
  • Craft compelling product messaging, positioning, and use cases for existing products
  • Build and manage a complete set of sales tools including presentations, data sheets, cheat sheets, value prompters, and more
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive demand and adoption of Monnit solutions

  • Manage and lead teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and goals by:
    • Conducting regular weekly meetings to ensure execution of sales responsibilities.
    • Monitoring CRM metrics and activity.
    • Conducting pipeline meetings with teams.
    • Working with accounts both large and small.
    • Defining and teaching proper lead qualification and send leads to appropriate team members.

Monnit is looking for a Director of Enterprise Software to oversee the operation and strategic planning of the applications department and ensure our enterprise applications and distinct software packages align with the business objectives. This individual’s principal goals are leadership in the design, definition and widely use of the applications that support the distinct business units.



Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Define, design, build, test, deploy and support enterprise level software products
  • Consistently follow the specified software development methodology
  • Elaborate, estimate, and design for small increments of work, just in time
  • Perform root cause analysis, technology evaluation, and design spikes
  • Forecast completing well-defined work and deliver on those forecasts

Job Description


Summary/Objective

The technical support associate responds to telephone, written, or Internet-based inquiries of both basic and complex technical nature supporting the company's wireless hardware and software products. Associate will be working directly with company’s direct customers and various partners (OEM, VAR, SI). Analyzes both routine and non-routine problems with wireless equipment, software applications, and network performance to identify problem root cause and recommend corrective action.

Many support calls are routine but some may require deviation from traditional answers. Recommends solutions to customer questions which may require follow-up or escalation to a higher level of expertise. Handles situations which require adaptation of response or research according to unique customer situations. May orient, train, and support other Monnit employees. Maintains log of problems so recurring problems can be reported to both hardware and software engineering departments.



Job Responsibilities:
  • Take support calls, online chats from customers (often times multi-tasking)
  • Responding to customer questions via email and ticketing system
  • Following trouble shooting steps with customers to determine issues
  • Updating customer accounts
  • Explaining and support features about software
  • Troubleshooting network issues as it pertains to specific Monnit products
  • Escalating customer’s issues to engineering as needed
  • Write support articles as required


Skills/Qualifications
  • Maintain a clean, courteous and professional demeanor
  • Physically able to sit long hours in front of a computer taking phone calls
  • Have great communication skills both written and verbal, and can read and write the English language well
  • Have a high level of knowledge working with computers, routers, switches and cellular network
  • Possess a good understanding of networking and internet addressing.
  • A basic understanding of how radio frequencies work
  • Have a minimum of two years previous customer service experience
  • Previous call center experience, preferably in a technical support capacity
  • Proficiency in typing at least 30WPM is required (you will be required to take a typing test)
  • Ability to navigate software applications and operating systems
