Monnit’s ALTA® G-Force Max/Avg. Sensor delivers detailed, real-time G-force alerts. This broad-spectrum vibration meter can determine if a fence is swaying in the wind or vibrating as it’s being scaled. It can also detect irregularities in assembly lines, motors, and wind turbines.

The turnkey, battery-powered sensor uses an accelerometer to determine which axis the force is on and max./avg. movement force. If variables exceed preset limits, the sensor alerts the user via text, email, or call.

Advanced Sensor Features:

  • 2G, 4G & 8G resolution modes
  • Four data rates: 6Hz, 12Hz, 50Hz, 100Hz
  • A high pass filter to remove gravity in all resolution modes and data rates
  • Provides the following for X, Y & Z axes:
    • Raw, full-spectrum G-force max. & avg.
    • Magnitude max. & avg.
    • Sensor orientation
