What Is a NIST Traceable Certificate?

The Traceable Calibration Certificate verifies that tested ALTA Wireless Sensors and NIST Detachable Leads are traceable through NIST standards to the International System of Units (SI) as defined by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM).

The sensors and leads are calibrated and certified in an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025-accredited testing lab. They receive a NIST-traceable calibration certification that meets the requirements of the ISO 9000 standards.

A Traceable Calibration Certificate includes information needed to meet stringent accreditation demands, government specifications, and ISO 9000 requirements. This information includes:
