PoE Splitter

Power over Ethernet Power for Non-PoE-Enabled Devices

The PoE Splitter is an economical and practical way to run a remote non-PoE-enabled Monnit Ethernet Gateway with a PoE line, upgrading the gateway to PoE. Its two output cables separate the power and data from a PoE line to deliver both simultaneously.

Using the PoE Splitter to connect a Monnit Ethernet Gateway allows it to pull energy from the network and convert it into low-voltage ranges on demand. The PoE Splitter helps you save money by letting IoT professionals and smart building experts combine legacy devices and networks with more modern, efficient PoE networking components. You can also connect remote devices—sensors and gateways—to critical machines and assets without installing electrical infrastructure.
